RECONNECT, RECHARGE, REFOCUS
During this retreat, you are invited to be the goddess, by reclaiming your own power. Isolated in the jungle of Mexico, in a special sacred and secure space, we go through multiple experiences for us to explore our true essence. You are invited to follow a personalized schedule to explore different habits, lifestyle and meanwhile having the personal freedom to integrate. Reconnecting to our roots by being in a unique environment and receiving the wisdom from different wellness professionals. Like-minded sisters, together as a tribe we open raw and recharge through the ancient practices of yoga, meditation, ayurveda, exploration of the sacred land, participation to ceremonies, creative expression and earth medicine.
YOGA & MEDITATION ROUTINE
Every day we are going to touch different yoga practices like Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga. As well as going through a guided various ways to touch meditation.
EXPLORATION & ADVENTURE
Visit of spectacular cenotes, going to the beach to truly connect to the Caribbean and its benefits, as well as the visit of an Ashram to go through different ceremonies.
VEGAN DIET & AYURVEDIC NUTRITION
Throughout the retreat, we will have the chance to discover varied, colorful and tasty recipes. Our vegan detox menu highlights the ingredients of Mexico to energize and refresh us. We will also have the chance to explore Ayurvedic practices, the science sister of yoga.
TRADITIONAL CEREMONY
We are going to go through a Cacao and Temazcal ceremonies. The sacred ceremonies will be led by Native Mexican women for allowing us to purify on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual planes.
LIFESTYLE & DREAMLINING
The workshops offered during the Retreat invite us to reconnect
with our highest self. Wisdom keys to help us understand
how to live a balanced life.The program is entirely designed to gain the maximum in preparation for the upcoming cycle.
